Terms of Service

FixMyFile provides file and productivity tools for lawful use only. You are responsible for the files you process and for having the right to process them. Do not use the Service to infringe others' rights, or to abuse, overload, or disrupt our infrastructure.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for activity under your account, so keep your sign-in secure.

• Free trial. Eligible signed-in users get a limited free trial of Pro tools. When it ends, continued Pro access requires a paid plan.
• Pro (monthly). A subscription billed monthly through Stripe until cancelled. It renews automatically each period.
• Lifetime. A one-time payment that grants Pro access for the lifetime of the product.
• Cancellation. You can cancel a monthly subscription anytime from your Account page via the Stripe billing portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds. If something isn't right, contact us. We handle refund requests reasonably and case by case.

We work to keep the Service reliable but provide it “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We may add, change, or remove tools and features over time.

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, so always keep your own copies of important files. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IbuData Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data arising from your use of the Service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
